Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, used or damaged toys cannot be returned.
  • You need to courier the original product back to us at the main address at your own cost.

Eligible Reasons for Return

  • Received a damaged or defective product
  • Received an incorrect item

To request a return, please contact us at [support@toyship.in] with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear images or video of the issue
  • Reason for return

Once approved, our team will guide you through the return process.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 06 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
