Refund Policy

We aim to process refunds quickly and transparently.

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the E-wallet on the site, the same can be utilized for future purchase.

• Products returned in used, washed, or damaged condition
• Products missing the original tag and packaging
• Return requests raised after 7 days of delivery
• Items marked as non-returnable during sale or clearance

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return due to defected product.
